I'm trying to run TDP on my Mac using CrossOver Games. I've installed the game. Every time I launch, the screen goes white. I've done some research but I'm finding what seem like conflicting solutions, but I'm pretty clueless about how CrossOver/Wine works so that's probably my fault.
My Thief folder looks like this: (
http://puu.sh/fg5F). When I try to run the "Thief" application, I get (
http://puu.sh/fg4z) this followed by the white screen, with no sound. When I try to run the "Thief.exe" application, I get a black screen and a fraction of a second of some game sound effect, and then an error and it crashes.
Solutions?

There are a couple of topics for that. I've successfully ran it on my old MacBook (Dual2Core 2.0, Intel GMA 945) using CrossOver 7 or something. If you're running the most current version of COG, try finding an older one. I've heard of several problems with the current version.

You might want to check with our support ninjas on this one. I will say, too, that we can cheerfully cut old builds of our product to our paying customers. So if CrossOver Games 10 isn't working with this title at the moment, but 7 is, well, we can make that happen.
Also, we are about to release version 11 of the product, and that may fix some issues, too--just something to keep in mind.
