Alright. I don't know if I've missed a note or book somewhere, but it appears I may be stuck.
[SPOILER]I've killed Krellek and stuffed him in his tomb. He went up in a puff of blue light and things seemed nice and dandy. Except the game doesn't seem to end. The only two objectives I haven't had checked off are "Find Krellek and and relevant information on him" and "Leave the castle." I've read that the level ends in the throne room and I've dealt with Krellek so I don't know what's up. :tsktsk:[/SPOILER]
Any tips? Do I really have to leave? :erg:

[SPOILER]The level no longer ends in the throne room, you have to get back outside - go via where the 3 corners were being held and the maze. The info about Krellek...
Clue 1: is a book...
Clue 2: and we all know where you keep books[/SPOILER]

You need to accomplish one objective, namely - "Find Krellek and and relevant information on him". The book with info is in the library on a shelf, it's hard to find. I don't know if the mission will end after you read it now when you already stuffed Krellek in the tomb (it should end when you stuff him if all other objectives except "Leave the castle" are checked off), if not, try either load earlier save or go to the entrance gate, may be it will end there.

Bah! I knew there had to be more to that library! I looked around it, found some loot and wondered why I couldn't find anything to read. I'll have to see how prominent the book is before I truly call myself blind.

Edit: [SPOILER]read the book, went back to the throne room, and the game doesn't end. Only "Leave the castle" is left unchecked. I'm too tired now, but I'll see if it ends when I go to the beginning later. :P[/SPOILER]

Amazing mission! I couldn't even get out of the maze yet, but I suppose that I'll do some day :laff: I've not been ever too good with mazes. So, congratulations on your labyrinthic mission :thumb:

HELP I cannot find anywhere to go I just wander around picking up odd bits of loot I have looked at other replies but still cannot find the way to go so would like to know 1st 2nd etc and where are they? In a bedroom on the top floor with pictures bookshelf and desk there is a scroll I cannot read it is this a problem ? same side of house as library .cannot find book as well to read any clues

Try exploring the ground floor very thoroughly, it sounds like you've missed an area if you haven't run into something that kicks off the plot. Try the East Wing. Once it starts, you'll have a fair idea of where to go next, what to do etc.
As for the book, you'll have to look a bit higher than you expect and it is hard to spot.

Yep, the maze before Krellek's area is really huge :cool:

[SPOILER]If you can't read something that's not a problem, you should do some another task before that. This FM requires you to research everywhere and read and remember what you can. First clue is in the east corridors, you'll find yourself in a trap, because some doors will appear locked. Check for the first clue there - it's a scroll. Also in one of the rooms there is first half of the map.[/SPOILER]

Although it doesen't explicitly say so in the readables, you have to do another task before the torches - check your objectives.
