I loaded a savegame and was able to board ship at last. I have spent hours playing this FM. Can't wait for the following ones. I loved the new robots and the new arrows. However, the first time I played this FM, I didn't know how to use arrows and I didn't find the shop by the water, so it was really hard and I left in the rowboat. But, I loved every minute of it and after I rest up a few days, I'll play again. By the way, is there another place to use guild keys???

Can somebody give me a hint as to where I can find the ring from the woman who fell from the scaffold? I have been on what looks like a scaffold all the way around to the balcony at the beginning. Thanks!

If you're talking about the quest with
Mother's Ring... First of all, the woman didn't fall from the scaffold, she was hanged. As for the ring, it is under the empty gibbet, that is the nearest to Stonemarket Gates.Angelot on 20/10/2010 at 15:59

I'm early in the mission, in the inn.
I got the optional quest to cook a potion for the old retired thief. I have the bottle of vodka, honey, and black pepper. I am able to manipulate the device in the fireplace so that I can frob the pot in the fireplace. I can use the three items on the pot, presumably putting them together. Is it already boiling [it looks like it] or do I need to do something else? How do I get the potion back to the thief? I have an empty bottle, but clicking "Use" on the empty bottle with the pot on the fireplace (with these items in it) does nothing.

I did all that,mixed the drink and took it upstairs to the old thief...and i didnt realise I had my dagger out and woops...poor old sod died in my arms..lol
