For some reason I never tried jumping across the holes.
Instead I always jumped along the wall.
Though it seems there is little room for a good jump, it always worked for me.

It's okay, I am in the catacombs now.
I find 1 'golden hammer key' under a
statue. But this don't open the gate
near the ground floor, and don't open
the small door in the wall. (Down in the
ground).
I have lockpicks, but this don't help me.

During some of my TDS and GL uninstalls/installs and user.ini and Default.ini fiddles trying to get the Objectives to show (turns out it was the T3Main.exe problem), I did an ingame Load-Restart and the game restarted alright but with this same 90% loot objective so I scrapped that and restarted by Title Menu -> New Game and that came up good.

I'm above the meeting room and nothing happens. I found 2 special loot and 0% normal loot. Is that the problem ?

There is no loot to be found in this mission.
So, you should not have a loot-objective.
Have you completed all your other goals already ?
If
not, then this is the reason why nothing happens.
You need to complete everything else before.
