I remember I found them, the transcripts of videos are aviableon some sort of site on a txt file, don't remember exactly where, with the quotes of pagan and hammerite lore.
As for the notes of the loading windows, well they too are in your installation as readable txts, but I don't remember the folder and actually I don't have it installed, hope someone else can give you a link so that your search shall be faster ;)

You mean the texts in this file? = (Your Thief 3 installation folder)\CONTENT\T3\Books\English\String_Tags\Quotes.sch
There are many files containing interesting texts in that folder and other folders near it, just open them in a text editor and read away.

Unless you don't have the discs handy, or at all.;)
I played
Dark Project and
Metal Age on a friend's computer years ago. Due to varying circumstances brought about by Real Life I managed to copy the maps onto (many) floppies, the texts onto floppies, the movies and waves onto discs, all for my personal reference. And then I had to put them all in storage. My friend moved away, and he took his discs with him, and I blew my chance to burn copies of the games or DromEd. Now I am bereft of a system that can play any of the
Thief titles. I depend on TTLG and Thief-TheCircle for my Thief fixes.
The various lists and screenshots created by TTLG members, and others, are what I use for my
Thief-related projects.
So, if someone were to compile a list of all the textual information--NOT the transcriptions--I, for one, would be grateful. So many people compiled lists for TDP and half of TMA instead of filling in gaps. The more complete the information I have at my disposal, the sooner I can complete the "
Thief Names List/Encyclopedia." I'm sure Bukary gave up waiting long ago. I never found out if he was able to finish getting the
Thief games translated accurately.
With more and more Deadly Shadows info. coming available, I've been copying and pasting, even from my own posts from way back, to build up the Names List, again. Some problems with this come from my inability to confirm spellings with the actual game files. For instance, I've seen "Devon" and "Devin." Are they two different people? Are they two spellings for the same person's name? Which one's the typo, then? Was the spelling a guess 'cause the source was a wave-file?
Most of the non-verbal or textual information from
Gold's three extra missions and chunks of
Deadly Shadows are not available--or at least, readily available. The names of people, places, streets, and items of note from the MAPS are often unavailable. The signage seen in game (found in the texture files) is, too, rare to find.

this reminds me; there's a continuity bug in the cradle that should be very easy to fix. specifically, a text mentions a mechanist viktrola, even though the cradle was out of operation many, many decades before the mechanist schism.
would a mod such as the minimalist project fix this? or has it already and i missed it because i haven't paid attention?
