i downloaded thiefbot ((
http://www.team5150.com/~andrew/project.thiefbot/)), opened it and it always shows "Waiting for Thief 3 (v1.1 and below)..." even if thief is running. and it doesnt matter that thiefbot.exe is started from thief system folder or somewhere else. whats wrong?

Never heard of Thiefbot. Not trying to be a wiseass here, but maybe you should email the guy who wrote it instead? Just click the "Up" link on the page you listed above.

Just in case you want to fix only the difficulty bug, than the 1.1 patch will do. Since you already have version 1.1; all the other things can be tweaked manually if you like through ini files. Look (
