If this last room is the one where you land once the metal bridge went vertical, try to climb that bridge like a ladder. And concerning the author's comment: It was for the first version of the mission, but there has been an update to v1.2, and this might have corrected whatever he meant. I still don't get what he was referring to, though - I do not remember having seen any toilet at all in the mansion. Perhaps they use the well for that? Oh well.:cheeky:
And about that PSMCK thing: Although I don't understand what it means, AFAIK you have to let loose a lootbeast (!) by going through a magic portal below the house, and then either wait until the guards and other AI's kill the beast, or kill it yourself. Then, you pick up the dead lootbeast, and the PSMCK thing should tick off, I think.

Ok, thank you for the explanation! :) though I have to say I won´t go back to the mission anyway, it was.. well... not my cup of tea ;)

The humor did not work for me, but I was impressed by the mission's creativity and the many modified assets.
Stats:
* Constipated difficulty
* 61 minutes
* 2523 of 3703 loot
* 0 hints needed
Elements I liked:
* I don't recall seeing missions with only one difficulty setting before. That was unusual even before the start of the mission.
* Ingame shops have been done before, but I liked how this one looked.
* Unusual architecture and texture work, rather messy in places, but interesting.
* Candles can be extinguished and relit.
* Goa.tse.
* Banner behind a banner behind a banner.
* Stone face with eyeball above the bed.
* Custom NPC models like the Kurshok or the intruders with guns and Half-Life voices.
Could be improved:
* No briefing?
* The music in the main menu hurts my ears.
* Assuming this is really the author's first, I would encourage them to leverage their considerable talent to make a more serious mission next.
Bugs:
* The readme file is not recognized by FMsel. I had to manually open it.
Taking the piss out of T3:
* Garrett dies if he steps into knee-deep water, at least initially.
* A fake T3 loading screen and blue mist separate the first part of the map from the second.
* A door has the blue glow that objects in T3 get when you a near enough to interact with them.
* Loot in the second part of the map has loot glint.
* Someone named Dudley Shadows.
* A Kurshok is locked behind a door, similar to the one you encounter in the City hub of T3.
* Adopting a Sewer Urchin might be a reference to the ending of T3.
Questions:
* Is it possible to shoot some hoops? The basketball never went in when I tried.
* Are there any places where the following items can be used: Worthless Piece of Trash, Train Station Key, Chest Key, Thimpe, Sweel Oil, Eau de Ordure?

"Worthless Piece of Trash" doesn't do anything (thus violating the underlying theme). It should have been cut content. There are also a couple doors that can't be opened, and the Syncretists are reading from the wrong script.
I should have started this a month earlier. I rushed it for the deadline - it was unbeatable a week before. But it's nice to have befouled the historical record, even though I expected the turnout to be bigger and more celebratory of TDS.
I will fix the rough edges once I figure out how best to do so.
By the way, probably a subtle detail: the water arrows have a downward-moving hitbox like Thief 3's. Not used well here, but you could build a mission around this alone.

Thank you for the information! When I picked it up, I believed "Worthless Piece of Trash" would later be a key item. Also, I now found out the Eau de Ordure can be used to knock out enemies. Are there any uses for Train Station Key, Chest Key, Thimpe, and Sweel Oil? Is it possible to get the basketball through the ring?
Hanover Aldercash on 6/8/2024 at 15:50
The basketball - no. But you've given me a horrible idea, so maybe in future. The rest I think are fairly hinted at, so I'm not telling.

Fair enough. I will try to find the locations were these items can be used. :)

I am now up to 2632 loot. I also found a use for "Thimpe": planter in the basement, next to a bed behind which are three more eyeballs tucked into a corner. This grows an eyeball plant which doesn't move. I guess this is just a little easter egg.

(Username), AFAIK, your action should have lead to an objective being completed, namely, allying with the Pagans, or whatever they are called here. Unless, of course, you have already allied with the opposite group. Both these objectives are optional, and you should be able to complete only one of both.

My action of using the Thimpe on the basement planter did not complete any (bonus) objectives. There are no open or completed objectives regarding allying with the Pagans or another faction in the objectives screen.
