When I try and play this mission, all the AI are in the default T position. The AI sounds are ok, but no one moves. I've tried reloading, reinstalling, and I redownloaded, but I still have the problem. Anyone have any suggestions?
I'm running Windows XP SP3, and have tried it with both Garrettloader 1.4194 and DarkLoader 4.3, and I have only installed scripts needed for other FMs.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Sounds like Gen.osm, Check the size and date and report it here. You will find it in your T2 directory. It could be corrupt also. Make sure Gen.osm and Convict.osm are in your directory, and that no custom scripts are in it, as well as any custom database files.
And yes, also report if you are having the same problem with other fms. The more info you can give us the better.:)

Double checked, and other FMs are the same, as well as the OMs.
Convict.osm created 27.3.2000, size 123KB, Gen.osm created 27.3.2000, size 419KB. Both files are where they are supposed to be.
I did have a runtime error 53 in Garrettloader, but I reset to OMs and did a manual cleanup of files, and things seemed ok (although I might be getting the order of FMs played confused i.e. I can't recall if I played another FM before Night Watch but after GL has a strop). I don't know if that has a bearing on things.

Looks like you need to refresh the motiondb.bin in your T2-folder.
Btw, don't use Garrettloader. Darkloader is much better for T1/T2-FMs

How would I do that, please?

Open up the game CD and look for that file and copy it over the current one in you T2 directory.

* Put the T2 game CD (CD2, the orange one) in your CD drive.
* Go to "My Computer", right-click your CD drive, and select "Explore".
* Go to the THIEF2 directory on the CD, then scroll down until you find a file called "motiondb.bin".
* Copy the file into your main Thief2 directory on your hard drive. When it asks whether you want to overwrite the file or something, answer yes.
