Unfortunately, I can't play it because it's apparently very reliant on color differentiation and I'm colorblind:(

I'm sure you'd run into problems, but so far the game does seem to always give you the name of the color when you scroll over it.

But there's no text telling you what colours the Sisters need, so he might not be able to get past the first Sister. Which I'm also slightly stuck on, because I can't figure out how to tell when her hearts are full of what colour.

The first sister takes either Emerald or Gold. As for which is full when, I'm not sure it matters. The amount of Gold in you does matter though. The more Gold you have in your hearts, the faster a sister's hearts fill.

During the first conversation, each of the sisters tells the player what her colours are. At leas each of the sisters I've encountered so far. When filling the sisters' hearts with colours, you don't have to worry which colour (of the two) you use.
