But that is why Bikerdude released his pack, he thought of it as a mod and would thus be ok. I don't know why it is no longer available but he may well have withdrawn it after Cardia objected to it. Mods can walk a fine line between upgrading existing textures and total overhaul, and so some will always be contentious.

If we read the OP, I never redistrobuted the FM, my archive was a mod for that FM. But this is old now, as Cardia gave the ok shortly after I posting this thread.
I will update the d/l link if and when I find a copy of the archive I made.
