Are you sure about secrets 1 + 2? Neither of those are secrets according to my count and I’m not sure which safe your referring to but opening the safe in the chapel isn’t a secret and no other safe counts in my list either :confused:
And you made a mistake listing 4 + 5, that’s just one secret.
I don’t want to reveal my secrets found list yet, last time I did that after only 24hours I got shouted down by a couple of people for being to eager and spoiling the fun for others.

That is strange, you should have a count, regardless of difficulty. To enable the secrets being counted in Thief Gold (which is not a stock function for the game, only for Thief 2), I used a squirrel script which is packed with the mission.
From your list, 1, 2 and 5 are not secrets.

So where is the safe (secret 6) in MrMunkeepants list, unless he means the wall mosaic in the small room in the restricted library , guess that could be consider a safe.

I'm not sure about any, I didn't get any notification and my stat list says 0/0. I wouldn't post them so soon if I wasn't confused by this technical issue.

Yes had already found that one, didn't consider it to be a wall safe, more like a wall mosaic panel with some valuable behind it.

After I also had the "not working heads"-issue which forced me to reload a much older save...
...I now stumbled over the curious case of the two moving pedestals - that don't do anything when weighted down - or do they?
Anything I'm missing?

Honestly I'm not sure really, I might need to check with the original creator of the script and get back to you.
