Well, these books-clues look identical (externally) and there are 5 of them. Also, all other books don't look (externally, again) like these ones.

I didn't really know which were the 5 books I needed (none go into inventory) but 4 of them can be found in the rooms that can be entered in the building. Dront confirmed these 4 are included in(

The 5th book is
less obvious and cleverly hidden but no switches or clever tricks needed to find it. Once all 5 are found the small
door near the location of the Strange Scroll opens allowing you to reach the 4th puzzle.
I finished with the following items in inventory that I found and needed to use to find the other 3 puzzles or loot :
Attic Key, Roof Key, Hatch Key, Workers Room Key, Basement Key, Hairpin Lockpick plus Strange Scroll (maybe not needed strictly).

You have to jump crouched onto crate, then jump onto the roof and fall down onto the upper ledge,

Near the guards' barracks there is a hallway with an archer patrolling in front of a room with white walls. That is the doctor's room (lab).

Just one remark, i think you should make wider rooms and corridors in a future mission, because i had some difficults in moving myself in this lighthouse, as for the rest its ok, like i said the storyline is the best feature of this mission...looking foward for more.
