There are four floors in the mansion. 1st and 2nd floor look like usual corridors, the 3rd one is confusing. :)Looks like you're playing on Hard or Expert difficuly, because this objective

to the room with the pass through windows...u can see in the room, but i had to go, a long way around to get to it, when i read something in the room a objective click off....doesn't appear on Normal difficulty.
When you got near that room, you overheard two guards conversating. One of them (if you'd follow him) would get you to the entrance to the 3rd floor - a metal door in the room labyrinth with stairs beyond it. Once you get to the 3rd floor, you have to pass corridors with press plates and 'rotated' rooms (like in Constantine's mansion). After those rooms you'll find a corridor with a door leading to the 4th floor.

The Jewelled Sword on Expert
I can't believe I'm playing with no water arrows and two moss arrows, which I am afraid to waste. No kills allowed, either. The AI is razor sharp; most of them I had to lure away to where I have the KO advantage.
The question is:
Is there any armory, say in the Hammer barracks, or must I continue where I'm at -which is just finding out that the Jewelled Sword has been moved?

To The Meeting on Expert
I have taken the western water way, and ended up at two doors, beyond which are stepping stones in space, and which seem to end up connected to each other (unless I have done something wrong.)
The question is:
Is this puzzle/trap going to lead me someplace useful, or am I going in circles?
So far, this FM is getting close to the frustrating Haddur FMs (a.k.a. WTF City!)
Nevermind; it has something to do with something after all...Finally made it to the room with the two windows that you can't climb through either way.

How do I find my way to the 4th floor on the 2nd mission: To The Meeting.
I've been to every single door that I can find and unlocked every one.
On the 3rd floor I've found the sideways room and the moving platform traps; but the platforms only lead back into other parts of the house. I found 1 tile that lowers in the eye tile room (3rd floor) between the moving platforms; the lowering tile was not a trap and I placed some meat to make it stay down but didn't find anything.

Have you found a button near the door to the 4th floor?
It is near the torch. Also, right next to this button is a tablet that explains what you should do after you press this button. ;)
Also, you could obtain the key even near the beginning at the neutral territory. When you open a door to the garden (that leads upwards from the neutral territory), search in darkness for an opposite one, pick it... ;)
About the 1 tile that lowers that you say - it just gives you a piece of loot (after you step on it, a golden statue appears).

Dront, maybe you could do campaign update in which in 3rd mission "falling through floor" bug would be fixed? You just need to reprocess the level in DromEd. Though no guarantee, that new bugs won't pop up, so before release you'd better test the campaign yourself.

It is near the torch. Also, right next to this button is a tablet that explains what you should do after you press this button. ;)No, I don't know where the door to the 4th floor is to begin looking for this. I feel like I have found and unlocked every single door in the level unless this is well hidden. I looked at every lantern and torch on the 3rd floor; nothing that was a
button or tablet. Where is this door? What room? What does the background of the hall before it look like?

3 room garden (nothing), 'chapel' (nothing), and a tree room (nothing); (I have searched every dark corner in this garden and found no key; I might already have it); the only option forward is the split hallway with one staircase going down (to a door), and one going up (to a door). Quote:

Winter Cat, I've already done this - I updated the campaign in September 2008 ;)

After you enter the 3rd floor, there should be the following sequence of places:
- "space" room with floating platforms (where falling transfers you to the beginning);
- room with 1 tile that lowers (it also has an alternate exit to the 2nd floor via one more "space room"- to the labyrinth);
- "rotated" rooms - sideway & upside down rooms;
- 2 normal corridors with guards (T-junction).
The door to the 4th floor is in the south-eastern corner of this final T-junction. One guard patrols in this corridor, and one more patrols in the previous corridor.
You enter this system of corridors after passing all the upside down rooms (you should pass through doors that are located near ceiling - use your rope arrows). You jump out of the window of the last room - and here are these 2 long corridors.About the neutral territory and the garden:
If you go back from this split hallway with one staircase going down (to a door), and one going up (to a door) - first you pass a room with a tube (here you can swim to the neutral territory itself), then you come to a tree room where guard patrols. In the south-western corner of this tree room is a small ramp (that goes down) with a door.
Open this door, and you are on the neutral territory itself. Now go straight ahead in the darkness - and you'll come across a locked door. It can be picked. Here are the keys.But, again, it is an alternate way. If you haven't found the key in the beginning, you can obtain it now, on the 3rd floor.
