We'll be fine either way. After all, both candidates promised to create random increments of "millions" of jobs out of thin air.

It's a storm in a teacup created by a misunderstanding and certain tabloid papers agendum.

Congrats America. You're still gonna get owned by China by the end of the decade though no matter who you voted in.

WHAT
(also, why does the cash just sit there? You don't save up all the cash from the current generation to pay for the subsequent healthcare of
that generation, that's fucking stupid. You use the cash from the current generation to pay for the healthcare of those who need it RIGHT NOW. The cash is in constant flow from taxpayers to "people who need healthcare", not building up in a bunker somewhere)
You can trust private corporations even less. When it comes to money, everyone is trying to get yours for themselves, and you're the only one who will protect your money. You have to be smart where you put it.
Yeah, they use the money to pay for healthcare costs. They also use it to pay for totally unrelated things like highway maintenance and military budget. Social Security funds have become another general fund.

So what's your opinion of institutions like Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, where the revolving door spins so fast that the line between corporation and government might as well not exist?

Closest things to corporate overlords we have. Their decisions can affect the world.
If I had my way, I'd have them busted up Teddy Roosevelt style. That much power and influence in one corporation leads to abuses and corruption the likes of which you never hear about because they own the media. It also separates them from the public so far that they can't see the needs of the people they service.
