Hello all...

I just reinstalled Thief Gold and Thief 2 and had the usual problems getting them to run on my system.

However after visiting this forum and making the suggested tweaks and downloads, I can play two of my favorite games again.

I am comfortable saying that there's no chance in hell of me being able to get the games running by relying on my own wits/technical expertise. Without the resources here I'd still be staring at a error message about textures shaking my fist impotently at the screen.

So to get to the point; I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who made patches or fixes, and to the moderators for putting it into an easily accessible format, and also thanks to the members of this forum for being generally cool and helpful (or at least entertaining ;) ).

I love you guys!

...I'll stop now before this becomes too sappy...

And now...

I'm off to steal anything that isn't nailed down! To larceny! :cheeky:

Lets make one. Get everyone who knows Zylon or has been flamed by him to pool their knowledge and make a FAQ on dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, therapy options and perhaps a ZB anonymous organization.
