Well seeing as people were saying about a T3X thing, I thought it might be a good idea to get a thread together compiling all the ideas people may have about it. I've had ideas for the first few missions.
Mission 1. "Hammerbreak"
A small group of hammerites who saw the hag (the survivors from Fort Ironwood) heard that Drept had been looking for the hag. In his notes it says he would like "To summon the hag to him, and confront her face to face like an honourable man." He is then arrested by that group on suspicion of summoning the hag, and being blamed for the destruction that she caused, as well as practising heritic pagan rituals to summon her. Garrett, having some respect for Drept after helping him find Gamall, decides to help him by breaking him out of jail. Besides, he's beginning to miss the good ol' days.
Mission 2. "Records? What Records?"
After successfully breaking Drept out of prison, Drept tells Garrett that his notes were taken, and they do in fact have rituals he obtained from the pagans to summon an immortal, such as the one used pre T1 to allow the Trickster to manifest himself in a physical form upon the earth. Though he never actually used any of these rituals, they would still get him in a lot of trouble with the hammerite high council as soon as they see it. Garrett, already guessing what he has to do, leaves for the hammerite high council building to destroy these records before they are taken to the councilors. Of course, its not all bad, after all the High Council building does have a lot of relics, including old pieces from the clocktower, now worth a large sum to various fences. Leaving with the records, Garrett goes back to Drept. He then destroys the records, leaving nothing that might get him in trouble. He then asks Garrett the question he wanted to ask since he got out of Jail
Mission 3. "A Hammer's haunting"
"Can I talk to Lauryl one last time?" Well, Garrett normally wouldnt bother, but something about the circumstances of this makes him do it. Perhaps it was the pity for the girl, and pity for Drept... at this rate he might be developing a concience. Well, best get it over with, then go steal some family heirloom from some "noble" taffer. So, to find Lauryl's burial site. Its gonna be pretty difficult, with the catacombs full of haunts, plus half the passages of Ironwood are in ruins. Looks like Garrett will have to take the long trip down, and all to get a ghost to talk to someone. Between The Cradle, the Pagans and Drept, the dead must not get any rest. Though the Hammerites have left Ironwood, the Pagans have moved in to make it all "greensy" and "leaf-full". Of course, where theres Pagans, theres undead, and where theres catacombs, theres Hammer haunts. Pagans and Zombies... what a great combination. After finally finding his way to Lauryl's tomb, and picking up some loot along the way, Garrett persuades Lauryl to talk to Drept. Back at Drept's house, Lauryl says that the Cradle was true suffering, and should be destroyed, for the good of everyone there, then rests in peace for (hopefully) the last time. Perhaps someone older than the cradle itself may know how to destroy it...
Mission 4. "Keeping up Appearances"
The remnant of the keepers have Gamall at their mercy, and some have secretly become guards, untill an entire prison is guarded by them alone, and the watch are none the wiser. A "special" cell is devoted to Gamall, to make sure she does not escape. In normal circumstances, Gamall would have died fairly quickly after the final glyph was activated, but the few keepers who knew different forms of magic (such as used by the Hammerites and the Pagans) kept her alive so she could have her trial from the half-broken Keeper council. Garrett, now knowing he will inevitably be roped into this plot, decides to break in and use Gamall's knowledge to find a way to destroy the Cradle, whislt Drept takes another path in to find her. After working his way through keeper guards, and stealing some loot, finally reaches Gamall's cell. After de-activating the spell that guards it, he ventures in, and finds Gamall sitting in a corner, sobbing softly. Drept arrives, and after some useless interrogation and threatening the hag, Drept takes his anger out against her and cuts her down, only to find the magic sustaining her life imploding, sending them back to the past, where she took her last form...
These are just ideas mind you, so if you want to change, edit, put in your own, whatever you want, just post here! I got some more ideas coming up, so I'll edit this post with those mission ideas and then they will also be subject to change. (the next one involves the cradle itself)

Keep in mind all that "balance" crap the keepers talk about. Inflicting suffering upon someone, just to get kicks out of it, doesn't sound like them.

This is exactly what I need, because half the time when Im writing these I'm pressed for time, the whole Gamall thing was really the work of 10 minutes before I had to go. Mission 4 was a spur-of-the-moment-without-much-thought thing, so if anyone wants to put their ideas in for a mission 4 onwards, or wants to change anything in the prev. 3 missions, just say

The whole thing with Lauryl seemed a bit odd...just because when Garret last spoke to her, she seemed so happy about how she would finally be at rest. Than Garret goes and 'wakes' her up again to get her to talk to Drept?

Heh, my ideas arent that great...
So, someone else post some ideas! Its bound to be better than my poor ones!

I'd like to see some developement on the City exterior in this thing, because I, for one, think it's a great place for the imagination to play a part. Perhaps Garrett could need to leave the City somehow, but the gates are guarded by the Watch for fear of an incursion by their enemies in Blackbrook. What would be fun would be hiding in a supply wagon and getting driven out. Kinda like what Julian did in Rutherford Castle, except this could actually happen in the gamplay.

Good idea. Anyone want to elaborate on it? Dont force me to make my shoddy jobs of it...

I, for one, would like to see more missions that are focused on areas that you can't really get to by just walking through the different parts of The City. Examples could be the Blue Heron Inn and the Rutherford Castle. But this time, show how Garrett got there, see. ;)
Would also help the guys over in the "Mapping Out The City" thread.
Not entirely sure if all that made sense; maybe this sounds good to other people as well, but I don't know, I'm just kinda' weird. :p
