The fish can be taken out with an arrow. The red thing you saw was one of the two red skulls that went AWOL.
Spoiler
I killed / KOed everything except the Hammers in the windows. Can't find a way to do them in with all the other evil thing in this FM. I just left them frozen in the panes.
I managed to get a skull and window born hammer to fight but it was a standoff.
The red skulls can be killed with a single blow from your sword or a lot of black jacking.
The graveyard. I came up from the crypts not into the front gate. Used two water arrows on the graveyard torches. Then killed ghosts one at a time with my sword.
Went back and killed the new spawn of tree beasts after I got the mask. Make some noise and get them to come close then use the Poison on them from the second floor ledge of the house in front of the graveyard.
Very creative. Lots of good taffer fun.

Two things for Cheifdreams...
1) could you make it so that when you hit the statue guards it sounds like your sword is hitting stone rather than flesh? That sounds like it would be either incredibly easy or incredibly difficult to do. (It would probably be harder to make it not spill red blood, so I won't be so nit-picky on that). And on that note, now that I think about it, it would be good if you could make it so when you hit the glass haunts it sounds like, well, glass (and have it shatter when he finally dies! :ebil: Is that going too far for you?)....
2) On the wall-dragon -- I noticed from the roof there is no really good angle to get a good look at it...it didn't really look like a dragon from there, just weird angled shapes. (Maybe it looked better from the water, but of course I had my eyes locked down--for good reason!--the whole time I was swimming). Also, I don't remember reading anything about him in any of the books...but tell me if I'm forgetting something. If you don't have anything written on him, you should. Does he at least have a name?
I thought I would add these two constructive criticisms while I was thinking about them. In no way do they detract from the great time I had playing this very fun FM.
[Edit, slimmed down #2]

I'm surprized no one's posted to this thread in a while...given it was such a great FM. It makes me feel like my last post kind of killed the conversation.
So while I was looking back at it, I'd like to add one more observation...which is how much I liked the artwork in this. Original additions like that (as opposed to *another* new stonewall texture) really help set a tone to an FM.
It would also be great if the ambiants/sound could be sprused up a little with the same idea in mind. For example, I thought it was so dramatic in Burrick Head's Inn when I walked into the room where the murder occured to the swelling violins of Beethoven... Some cool sound device like that could have been put to good use in a similar scene here.

I'm in the process of playing this one a second time , this time seeing how many AIs I can get to take each other out . The bug with the AIs near the armory went away after I threw a red barrel and a hammerite was generated !
The mask is behind that gold door. The key is hidden in the main building. Check the fireplaces VERY carefully.
Originally posted by Schwaa2 I think its pretty interesting so far. I'm liking alot of the archetecture. So far i think it has one of the funniest things I've ever seen/heard in an FM. You walk in the brothel and nobdoy does anything, made me a little suspicous but i went ahead and grabbed some gold items off of a table, and the ladie says:
"Go ahead Garrett, take anything you like, I'll add it to your tab... (No, that wasn't the funny part, the funny part followed when she leaned over to the Ai next to her and whispered... "That's Garrett, he always acts like he's a thief when he comes in here"
:laff: great on Shadowspawn !!!
Still DLing... I could'nt find this brothel,is it in Dr. Dragon or am I totally missing something?
Also there was a post about smilies with the wife's corpse?
Otherwise, WOW what a fantasic mission can't believe it's your first one
looking foward to your next.

The brothel referred to was in Shadowspawn's T1 FM, Lorgan's Web. If you haven't played it, you should, because it's terrific!

Played this mission about a week ago and never noticed this topic. Anyway, thought I should say GREAT MISSION! I can't believe this is your first mission!! That makes it even more incredible! This is right up there with "Left for Dead" for originality. My favorite new enemies were the statue guards that come alive when you take loot and the Frankenstein zombie (which I had fight my dragon-tooth-created skeletons). I haven't seen the glass haunts yet, oh well, another reason to play through the mission again :thumb:.
The hammerite ghost that comes alive when you take the mask off of it scared the shite out of me- even though I saw that coming from a mile away.
Can't wait for your next FM, hopefully it comes out sooner than later.
