The strength of the curiosity compels me to stay mum.:ebil:
Fair enough. I just repeated the question in case you didn't see it the first time, but you're perfectly entitled not to answer. :)

I asked someone to get a shot of the Alarus Extension for me. Thanks for all of your help, people!

We saw it. We just don't know what to make of it. It's not very clear to those who weren't sent a bow upgrade. What do you mean "sent"? Is this connected to TDS? Is it a custom object for DromEd? Is it a real bow, or a virtual bow? I just thought you were being funny.:p

Its not perfect, and I've only quickly tested it out, I haven't played with it in the whole map or anything. Its not exactly what you'd expect. its an "object" but you have to frob a crate to put the bow upgrade in your inventory and then you have to right click to shoot. So its not exactly a bow replacement, but rather a special object that gives you this awesome bow upgrade ability.
Also, since it is an object, it had to be made customely made into RTHC, so you can't use it in other maps. Now, I suppose you could just make a special gam file, and make it an object in the hierarchy. Its kind of complicated to explain it, I'm sure the person who gave it to me could explain it better. I'm suprised he hasn't showed up, but then again I guess he wouldn't be looking at this thread. Maybe he doesn't visit the forums anymore, or been here, here and there.
Well, if you'd like, I can record it for you and upload it somewhere.

P.S.
Make sure you have LOTS of flashbombs. :p
No need. There's a nice little energy-trap in the center of the bonehoard - you may as well use it to your advantage as perish by it.

You shouldn't avoid it just because it's populated by the undead. That's no wisdom to live by.
However, it has served me very well in real life.
Lot's of undead in your real life?

Wow, sNeaksieGarrett. I like the sound of it. It does, in fact, remind me of the arrow upgrade in TDS. The way it was presented as a gift bestowed upon you by the Hammers, when it was really a flag toggled on. In this case, though, you place the object in a specific location, and then...what...a property is added to your bow, or arrows?

(we switch topics rather fast, don't we?)
I am also curious. I wonder if it's a completely different bow or if it makes everything explosive. What exactly does it upgrade? Speed? Damage? Uses?
