Benny, Basso, Bafford, & Garrett (duh!) = Best (hard to choose just one, so many good names)
Worst? I can't think of any off the top of my head. I actually rather liked the character names in thief 1 and 2. Can't say anything about thief 3.

In general, T1 and 2 had the best and most unique names--without them sounding like the writer(s) tried too hard.

Garrett and Constantine. Two real impressive characters and two totally fitting names.
I didnt like Victoria, the name is just too ordinary and bland for a ''person'' like her.
