BTW, if anyone actually
does want a really good book about dinosaurs, I can fully endorse (
http://irregularbooks.co/#allyesterdays) 'All Yesterdays', by my mates (
http://blogs.scientificamerican.com/tetrapod-zoology/) Darren Naish (one of the most popular and talented science writers of this generation, plus an actual scientist part-time) and (
http://johnconway.co/) John Conway (pretty much my favourite palaeo-artist). This book is not only an extremely informative modern synthesis of everything we currently think we know about dinosaurs, but also communicates its ideas with beautifully-realised and non-conventional images. Basically, dinosaurs as biological creatures, not as monsters. Very, very worth a look if you are into this kind of thing. And it's like a tenner.
