You don't need a speed potion at all. Just run, jump and keep holding the jump button down. You will hit the edge on the other side and mantle up.

Some of us can't run as fast as others you know. After doing the return trip once without a speed potion, I was never able to do it again. :)

Need a hint to get into the maintenance area, the door that has the plaque that says underground machinery - do not enter. Lockpicks do not work on this.......
