Where do I find the keys to the Mirror room and the frog tower? There's a scroll in Emilie's house that says one of the keys is in the 1st priest's room,, but I can't find it there :(

Mirror room key: Emily's bedroom, switch near bed opens picture over desk. Black Frog tower key you get later.

Actually there isn't really a "Tower" key. The key that gets you into the tower is the Tunnels/maintenance key which you won't find until after you get back from the Black Frog world.

I got the eye in the Black Frog world, but how do I use it? And how do I open the plate under Emilie's portrait?

There will be objects that highlight that you can "use" the eye on as you would use a key. I'm not sure what "plate" you are referring to.

Thanks, it's in the room with the portrait (and the skeleton lying facedown on the ground) - under the portrait there's a gray square plate with a circle on it that highlights, but I can't pick it.

You will get something later that can be used on that plate. You have a few things to accomplish first.
