In the chance that this is the wrong forum to post this, direct me to the correct one.
So I just picked up The Black Parade after a short while. During some trouble with hard drives I verified TG's files and reinstalled it.
I started where I left of in Mission 6 and well,
I remembered the keepers being at somewhat translucent in darkness, but now they're completely invisible and I'm just dodging them by ear.
Is that a normal thing they do further down the mission? If not then what shall I do?

That does not sound right. However, while being in Mission 6, I had sometimes trouble locating Keepers nearby, which I could hear. Usually, though, they were just out of sight, sometimes one level up or down. Have you definitely found a Keeper who was invisible, or do you just assume they are?

There have been some keepers
that pop into visibility for a second and then instantly dissapearAlso I assume most of them are there because I can hear them right next to me, I recognise the floors the floors they walk on.
Plus I have happened to be spotted and get into a fight with
4 different voices that sound like they're attacking me but I don't get hurt.Yeah doesn't seem right, any way to fix this?

Do you have a savegame with invisible keepers near you? Analyzing it could perhaps help in finding out what's wrong here.
However... if they apparently try to attack you, but cannot hurt you, then I rather think they're not invisible, but somewhere where they really should not be, e.g., inside the floor or walls, for example.

The lads are
completely invisible they notice me and sound like they're attacking me, but nothing's happening

The Keepers behaved normally when I loaded that savegame. They only became invisible for a short time when they noticed they were attacked, but if they hit Hume then, Hume received damage.
I can only assume that the "in-game mechanism" that makes the Keepers invisible when attacked does malfunction for you and causes their almost permanent invisibility in your case, but that's all I can get from all this. No idea what could be done.

God damn it. Do I have to reset whole thing? install everything from the beginning and lose my save?

I think that you can start with a savegame from mission 6 (the one with the Keepers), and after loading the savegame, go to the menus and restart this mission. Then go into the Keeper compound, and check whether the Keepers are now behaving normally. If this is the case, continue from there and it should be okay.
If that does not work, you could also start with a savegame from the mission before mission 6 and finish that mission, then proceed along mission 6 into the Keeper compound. If the Keepers behave normally, go on from there.
If that also does not help, then someone needs to find out why your new installation of the game behaves strangely. Restarting the whole Black Parade campaign most likely will not help in that case.
By the way, you can keep your savegames easily while re-installing Thief or Thief 2. Just un-install the missions, then see to it that the missions and the savegame zips (e.g., "TheBlackParade_1.0.FMSelBak.zip") are not overwritten or deleted during reinstallation of the game. The maximum you could lose, AFAIK, is your progress in the last mission you played - just as I explained above: In some cases it may be necessary to restart a mission from the beginning to play it with a new game installation.
