This is my first attempt at posting to this forum and I hope I have the spoiler tag working properly. If not it will probably be my last post as well. :sweat: This is about the end of the mission so some of you may not want to read it yet.
[SPOILER]I've managed to get the red gem and the blue gem but I'm unable to find the gem from the destruction of the 3rd haunt (the skeleton with the horns). Does anyone one know where this gem manifests itself?[/SPOILER]

Thank you Ramirez's old fat Burrick for this very clever FM. I'm still short [SPOILER] $300 or so of total loot, and found 3 of 5 secrets.[/SPOILER] I'll have to go back in and find the rest of the loot. :)

I beat it already, but have a question:
[SPOILER]What was the point of the valves? I thought it was to help kill that fire guardian but I just killed that with the sword instead. I pulled the main valve in the basement but it didn't do anything.[/SPOILER]

It does. [SPOILER] There are two valves that I had to turn for the water to leak out of the pipes upstairs. [/SPOILER]

To answer your question, [SPOILER]After you turn on the water valve in the cellar there is an overhead valve in the corridor that the haunt patrols upstairs that needs to be turned on. Then the pipe leaks and when the haunt walks underneath it it kills him.[/SPOILER]
Now a question from me. [SPOILER]When I killed Orban the Fire Knight and Bartan the Fallen Knight, the family member's spirits left a colored gem for each of them (red and blue respectively) and they were easy to locate because you got to watch them place the gems. But when I killed Varhan the Devastator, I wasn't able to see anyone place the gem, and as hard as I 've looked I've been unable to find the 3rd gem. Since I seem to need it to open the door to the treasure room in the basment I would appreciate any help you can give me in finding it.[/SPOILER]
