I'm going barmy I think. I can't find this treasury people keep speaking of. I'm not even sure if I've found the basement!
Oh, and whereabouts is this wall safe? I'm pretty sure I've found the attic (with the beam that goes over the library, right?), but no sign of it yet.
Just the loot objective to meet now!

Okay, with some help here, I have all five secrets (and killed the three guardians), but I'm still short 230 on the loot.
Can anyone who has found it all -- Forje springs to mind! -- mention where the most diabolically hidden loot might be?
I already have the tiara in the broken-bridge area, and of course all the loot from the secret areas. Any other suggestions where I might be missing something?
Thanks,
Dafydd

CocoClown, if you've been in the area where you meet the stinky guardian, you're very near the treasury. Look for a lever on the right-hand side, as you're facing the center of your attention. (You'll need all three gems to open it.)
I missed the attic safe first time, too: on the opposite side of the brick hump from where you enter from below, on the opposite side from the beam over the library, in the dark corner, you'll find the safe. It opens easily; the secret is spotting the thing in the first place.

Check Sylvia's room again.
window sill, ring (100)
Then there are the two I missed:
In the "living room" (room with fireplace):
there's a bottle of wine on the floor under the coffee table. (30) I now call it the "Kick me" loot, much like a bunch of those switches.
In the river:
where you find the crypt key, there's a skeletal hand... and on that hand... seems like we've run across this trick before, yet it gets me every time. (100)
Everything else was easy to find, provided you crack the secrets.

Awesome mission- EXTREMELY creepy! Some of the loot was a bit too obscure, but...ah well...it's all good, maybe I'm just slow. :erg:
Great storyline also, can't wait for another mission from you, this was alot of fun! :thumb:

Not quite; with those three suggestions (thanks, Forje!), I'm still just 25 gold short. Can anyone remember what might be worth 25? I can go check them all, if necessary....

Too bad; except for killing the Horny Haunt, the whole mission is ghostable.
I wasn't able to kill the HH with a single backstab, even with full overhead; it still took a couple more strokes to the back. Did anybody here succeed with one blow?
If it can be done, then I just struck badly, and the mission is ghostable.

Actually I found the first two very early. The third one eluded me. I'm now short about 100 total loot.
edit: Now I am short 40 loot and 1 secret.
