If you click on the "Released" heading it orders missions from latest released to first.

I missed that. Thanks.

Now that I have a significant number of TDM missions showing up in the menu, I can say that I'm missing being able to see the date of the archive (release date) and the date I last played the mission (helps me spot quickly the ones I've yet to play). Any chance one or both of those will make it into TDM 1.1?

Highly unlikely, as we're entering our final lockdown stage for the first update. We'll probably revisit the menu after that, as I think we're all starting to see areas for improvement.

We are having a lot of problems trying to get Dark Mod to run on windows xp. It was hard enough getting doom 3 to start would not expect product key when playing but would when installing we fixed this by changing something in the windows hosts file so it would not check online all the time. I then installed dark mod and patched it but when we start the game we just get a runtime error what ever that means. Had any one else had this problem if so is a fix for this please?
Thanks

Just finished my first FM, The Outpost. Not cleanly, and not well, but I enjoyed it quite a bit! It was a great classic Thief experience. Though it seems to take a bit of adjusting to - the guards seem to be fairly resistant to blackjacking, or maybe BJing has become more sensitive to changes in distance and angle.

@bigshaun6767: Sorry you are having problems but it should be possible to get it working as lots of us have XP.
First check it's the correct patch:

Also, if you downloaded using tdm_updater you might try running it again. If there was an error with any of the files or a file got missed it should retrieve it again.
Make sure you are running tdmlauncher.exe (in the darkmod folder) to run The Dark Mod.
Also make sure you have installed the FM correctly. It must be suffixed .pk4 not zip (Internet Explorer may rename it without telling you so need to rename its suffix back to .pk4. Downloaded FMs should be put into the darkmod/fms folder, eg, chalice.pk4. However, this should not affect the trainer because that was pre-included correctly.
Also you can check the FAQ for other tips but keep posting here if until we get it fixed.

@Bakerman: Blackjacking works differently in The Dark Mod compared to Thief and it needs practice until you get the feel of it. How near you should and where to aim etc. Remember it is virtual physics so the blackjack may collide with hammers and helmets etc. There is also a glitch in Release 1 that it goes rather high and might hit an overhead; this is being fixed in the next update.
