This bothers me because I have Radeon too. What do you mean by "bad skybox", can you show a screenshot?
I've never had this problem and I've played on 3 different machines that have Radeon video cards. It only seems to happen on particular cards with particular drivers. And it only affects animated skyboxes, which not every mission has (I think only the training mission uses one of the 4 we've released).

http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/1d79f3ccba.gifI've been looking forward to this day. Ever since TDM was announced, I've kept my fingers crossed that it wouldn't be crap and it would be finished some time this century. When the first TDM demo was released, it was the best thing since sliced bread. From there it only gets better.
But yeah, still downloading.

And you would certainly recognize a bad sky box once you see it.

Ok got it. Gonna go try it now!
Seeding at 100k/up remember people please seed to at least 2.500 ratio so everyone else can get it.
I will be :)
Off to play(Hopefully).

Finished the torrent (now seeding).
Then I simply copied the subtree from my torrent temp location to the doom3/darkmod directory.
I made a shortcut for the launcher, double clicked it and BOOM! Everything worked.
Started up the training mission just to make sure everything was fine and it loaded successfully. Now I'm off to do more training and explore some of the FMs.
I am running Vista 64bit on a Toshiba Notebook w/ a GeForce 9800M GTX, Intel Q9000 Quad Core Processor, 4 GB Ram.
P.S. -- Does it read the resolution from Doom3's doomcfg.cfg file? Because it was automatically set at 1920x1200 (just how I want it!) on launch.

Seen vids of it and it's actually quite cool and trippy.
