Anyone actually manage to beat the builder and the guard tag team in the training arena? Somehow managed to luck my way that far, but they were a bit much. So I disappeared into the rafters and rained down some broadheads. Found that was pretty cathartic :)

Actually this now stirs an ancient memory. I recall a discussion about a property that I think gives priority to the person on the elevator to avoid these conflicts. Maybe I didn't set it up right because I knew the AI couldn't actually use the elevator in Chalice.

I've got the water issue as well, it drops from 50fps to around 10 when underwater. My card is 8800gt, so there should be enough power to handle it well.

I have a bug where if I turn bloom on it flips the world upside down...The HUD stays the same though...
Plus the sky moves about like it is on drugs, but I know that is a video card issue..

Moving sky and flipped screen with bloom are both graphics compatibility issues I'm afraid. There are some TDM people working on a workaround for the moving sky at the moment (basically just a hack to replace the fancy skybox with a simpler one that works properly on all cards). The bloom code was donated from a source external to TDM, so that may take longer to fix.
We do/did have a slowdown issue with certain graphics cards and looking at water, but that applied even when out of water and just looking at it (pixel shader being unreasonably slow on certain even-quite-modern cards IIRC), so that may or may not be related to the underwater slowdown that some people are seeing.
Edit: Yes, Blackheart Manor is a large work-in-progress mission by Dram.

Just two things:
Doom 3 seems to hate ATI cards. Apart from the spinning skyboy issue, the Bloom function doesn't seem to work normally. I've seen that other people with ATI cards posted this too. Any hope it will be fixed (the Bloom issue), or is it an engine thing and we'll have to live with it?
Also, any way to actually aim with the bow? I mean Thief1-2 had that aiming sight or whatever but the TDM bow has nothing. I basically have to aim guessing where the center of the screen is. Guess I found the first thing I don't like. :)
