I can eat food just fine, but it's definitely not healing me. At least, the red health bar isn't moving a single pixel (and yes, I tried this with less than 100% health, and on every mission). Health potions do work. I don't suppose there is a console command that will return the numeric value of my health, just so I can verify that my eyes aren't faulty?
And yes, the apples are awesome.

Ten minutes sounds quite high to me. My system is pretty average and it takes me about half that.

Yeah, I take back the part of my claim about it healing you. After playing the FM some more I did notice that the food did not heal you.
Maybe it is like Thief, however, where most foods only heal a percentage of the time. In this case we were unlucky?

Currently playing on this pc (
http://vorobfiles.narod.ru/Config/config.htm)
Absolutely no problems, fps is about 40-60. 1280x1024 all high, AAx4 and bloom.
Few annoying things:
Body carrying is horrible. Body parts (hands, legs) stuck in every corner, plus you often lose body.
Same problem for objects, they also stucks often.
The Chalice of KingsReally strange mission, luxuriously room stands next to the guard place, on the same floor. On first floor, we see expensive wall covers, and on the second only some cheap rock crap on walls. Some hallways low detailed, no beams, no plinths. Some places are very detailed. Well, inconsistent design.

Putting the release of my alt walk cycle on hold for a bit...sorry.

This is awesome, it just looks and feels perfect. The lookpicking is the best i seen in a game yet.
Didn't try the combat much yet though, i got my ass handed to me even in 1v1 mostly thought it felt a little weird, would have liked to have attack directions decided by wasd keys instead to stop stabbing them in the toes:rolleyes: but i guess it will work with practice.
Have been messing around in the training mission for 3-4 hours or so, and everything works great even on my older pc:D
Didn't run into anything major just a strange bug with an ai in the training arena think he ran into the rope when it happened, tried to reproduce it but only managed to get him to run of, or disappear, couldn't go look for him since i lost when i stepped outside the ring.
The other ai behaved better, they just threw bottles at me:D

6) Okay, taffers, someone must climb up to the balcony of the huge grey tower looming over the archery range. There is bound to be a way there! :cheeky

Pick them up with the 'use' key.

That's when dragging. Shoulder the body with the Use key once you've grabbed it. Dragging is for quick, short movements, or for positioning AI into particular poses (or my favourite: pushing them under a bed).

ok, the default value for image_useCompression was 1 for some reason (other variables have the same values). Will change to 0 and see whether load load times (currently ~10 minutes for training map) are lowered (no other changes to config file).
I tried this, but the training mission still takes about 7 minutes to load (which is an improvement over 10, but still...).
