Haha nice. Well done.
I've had someone trying to convince me to give morning boot camp sessions a go, but getting up before 5am isn't really my bag... I am, however, making a concerted effort to keep my current fitness streak up - doing sit-ups/free-weights for about 45 mins 4-5 times a week - and now trying to make the painful conversion from evening work-outs to early morning work-outs. Even a 6am rise is hard for me but I'm slowly getting there. This will be week #2 and I managed to get up 3 days out of 5 for an early rise last week so we'll see how we go. :erg:

I just walk a mile and a half every few evenings. While sitting around all day, you can just start to feel that man was not ment to sit on his ass more than a certen percentage of the day.
I used to drink a crap-load of soda years ago, but now I maybe drink one a week, if that. I drank two or three cans a day. I used to down 24-packs in under two weeks.
Now I mostly drink water because I have a filter and it thus no longer tastes like crap. That was probably what got me to stop drinking so much soda.
I'm about to turn 29 and I don't care to go past 70.
I've never tried smoking or drugs and never will. I maybe drink alcohol once a year. Don't really care for it.

Since I stopped smoking
my clothes smell much better
and so does my VW
I can finally breath freely
I wake up in the morning
and salute to the sun
I've even been to the baths
and I can dive much longer
I'm just re-inventing myself
I'm really on a roll
Since I stopped smoking
I've got so much more power
I get up early in the morning
my head ain't heavy anymore
I work without a pause
then get home and stay there
because I stopped drinking too!
Since I stopped smoking
I'm a champion in bed
I can 8 times in a row
just like a young stork
I only listen to music
by people who don't smoke
and guess what?
my record shelf is empty
I only read books now
by people who don't smoke
Actually just Kafka
cause he had MTB
Everyone turns hundred
and the animals like it too
the dictatorship of healthiness
will make you better too
Yippie!

Well, my last attempt at the (
http://www.toughmudder.com) Tough Mudder didn't go so well, due to an injury. Gonna give it another shot tomorrow, just outside of Chicago (Seneca, IL). It's supposed to be sunny and in the 80s (not sure if that's a good or bad thing).
Still not looking forward to this though:
