And needless to say, I decided to delay everything a few days, maybe even a week. Got some things coming up this week that will definitely get in the way of a good, clean start to the program. But I will be doing it, I'm overall feeling very determined.

I recently bought new running shoes with every intention of exploring Lyon by leg. Of course, while celebrating last weekend, I tackled a friend to the ground and my knee went sideways and now stairs are a nuisance, so that's that fucked for a bit :/

While I can recommend their Shakeology products, You'll be better off with the Adonis for a workout and nutrition plan.
