Better do some squats and deadlifts then.

SubJeff receives £25 from the Squats and Deadlifts lobby every time he says that.
Shill.

Reddit had, what I found to be, an amusing thread.
The title was - If you could only do one exercise for the rest of your life... how many times a week would you deadlift?
I've tennis elbow ATM. Not from tennis from general gym stuff. But when it's settled down I'm going to do Stronglifts 5x5 until I get back to my previous form.

I actually had to look 'deadlift' up. I assumed "something with a big ol' bar o' weights", but it was even less spectacular than I expected. Just...up to waist level and down again?
Screw that. Also, squats can die in a fire. The lobby doesn't pay well enough to endorse those fuckers.
Also, the gym at work only has fixed weights, and they only go up to 20kg (I assume because 'health&safety'): deadlifting 20kg would be pretty pointless.

When do you achieve your final form?

I'll have to wait and see!

I'm not getting a heart attack. I know all the cool kids have one, but a man I once knew got one and it cost him his life, so no thanks.
EDIT: ok so that was extremely tasteless, and I'm sorry.

This is Commchat - and you're apologizing for bad taste? I really want to know what you edited out, btw.
On topic - in my 2nd week of P90X3. Loving it, lost about 10 pounds so far. But it's more than just weight - I can feel my core getting stronger, strength, balance, etc. This really just kicks the shit out of running 3 miles for your daily workout. And it's actually kind of fun (while still being difficult too).

I didn't edit anything out. But remembering that Fett has a heart condition, I didn't want to leave my comment above like that. I didn't mean it to have any connection to him. I just remembered him and wanted to apologize. And I wish Fett gets the surgery as soon as possible without any unnecessary delays. I don't know him personally, but I wish all the best for him.
