My solution to fitness has been to cycle to work. I've been doing it for three years now and have logged about ~6,000 miles in the process. I use Noom Cardio Trainer to keep track of my calorie expenditure and Google MyTracks to keep an accurate mileage count. Since I started calorie tracking in the middle of 2013, I've burned 191,149 calories after traveling 3,400 miles. I may not live in Sweden like I'd prefer, but I can live the Nordic lifestyle here in Florida and bike almost everywhere. The plus side is being able to eat almost anything I want. Every company health screening shows improvements year over year. Give it a shot!
