I just beat this FM on expert but I don't think I did what I was supposed to do when fighting [SPOILER]the Guardians[/SPOILER] . I just [SPOILER]ballistic missled[/SPOILER] them all. What were you really supposed to do? Also what were those potions from the Hammer guy for?

Well, yes, in one way or the other, all guardians are damaged by fire, except for the mind one, he's hurt by anything.
The potions? Read the arrows.doc!

How do I end the level? I completed all the objectives except getting out of the Manse and I returned all the way to the beginning of the level and it wont end! I'm on the first difficulty by the way.

If you're playing on Cutpurse then just retracing your steps once you've been in the Manse should complete the mission. There's no trick involved or anything. Are you sure you have all the other objectives completed??

You have to go back to the church and [SPOILER] up into the small room off of the little chapel way up on the top floor. There's a book in there (on the floor, I think). Read it. [/SPOILER] :)

Playing on Warrior, how do you kill the guardians???
I have killed one, but the guy on the burrick and the one on the room with the four pools of light will not die.

Fire arrow er....Explosive Arrow them all!!! Blaa haa haa!!
Really, the guardian of the mind stone is vulnerable to everything (so much for "they cannot be harmed by usual means" for this one) those guarding the void and earth(?) stones are harmed by fire.
Just hit the almost invisible haunt with an explosive arrow and watch him burn to death, very pretty.
