If you played this mission on a different difficulty setting before, then it would seem very much like an almost entirely new mission. A lot of things are changed. I'm not sure but I don't think you can get into the room in the church on Rogue. Most of the mission centers elsewhere on this difficulty setting. It's not a keyhunt, like Cutpurse.
I'm afraid it's been too long since I've played it on Rogue for me to be much help with the details and I just don't have time to replay it right now. I'm sure someone else who's played it more recently will show up to help you out.

Hi :)
Can someone tell me how to get to the town with humans in it? I need to get weapons you see as im a warrior. I can see the town from above on the way to the temple, but I cant find a way to the town.
If I keep going on I get to a place with loads of Haunts. Any tips on how to fight haunts?
Thanks all,
T

you're not really supposed to get to that town (you can if you really try though) - it's just for looks.
as for haunts...
easiest way (to me) is to sneak up behind and one backstab will take them out
There is no way to get to town, you do realize that thief is not about being a warrior but rather about sneaking around ? You know using stealth ? Being sneakie ? I am afraid you will probably not get very much enjoyment out of it if you try to be a warrior as Garret is woefully inadequete*(sp?) as a warrior. If you must kill them try doing so from the shadows or blackjack/backstab them from behind without alerting them.
I see what you mean...but they see me from the light from the sword. If only the darn thing would not glow so. Btw, can you blackjack zombies?
Nightwalker on 12/12/2004 at 23:36
No, you can't blackjack zombies unless
you find a certain item in the mission which replaces your BJ with something that DOES work on zombies.
The glow from the sword can be a bit inconvenient but you can easily adapt to it. Just get into place behind whoever you want to backstab before you pull it. If you're directly behind them, the light won't alert them.
no, blackjacking zombies won't get you anywhere, sorry! haunts neither for that matter.
in a level like this... if you're not so much for total sneaking, flashbombs are nice.
i had no problem backstabbing the haunts in this level... just hide in the shadows nearby & the second they turn their back to you, get out your sword & sneak up behind them.
Rothchild on 12/12/2004 at 23:53
Yup, im doing that but as soon as I pull the sword the haunt swings round and smacks me. They are making that awful laughing noise...so I suppose ive alerted them?
Nightwalker on 13/12/2004 at 01:36
You must be alerting them somehow as you get close to them. If you're right behind them they shouldn't alert because of the sword.

I have done everything except for two things, I am playing on the easiest level. The only thing left for me to do is to "find out what happened in the final hours of the factory". Where do I need to go and what do I do to accomplish this task?
Also, the only place that I cannot seem to get to, is a large room with a broken bridge and two doors on either side of the room in the factory... any idea HOW to get up to it?
Please post if you know, thanks.
