i don't remember ever getting in that door, i managed to get up there with some time and a rope arrow, this is the area where the ghosts run through when you first enter right?

Yes, but my real question was how do make my objective by finding out what happened to the factoryin it's final hours.
Nightwalker on 9/4/2005 at 20:29
To complete that objective you need to
read a book that is found in the room off of the small chapel that's on the very top floor of the church. It's the same room where you found the "Factory Basement key". You must have just overlooked the book.
There is nothing to do up on that broken bridge. You can't get through those doors.

Thanks nightwalker! That was just what I needed.

God, I can't believe I passed this scarry mission.

I'm playing IM on Warrior (after having played it on Cutpurse and Rogue), and I encountered what appears to be an invincible female zombie in the factory. I slashed at her with the holy sword, but my swings went right through her as if she was a ghost. She could certainly put the hurt on me though as she pounded me to death while I sat there stunned and confused. How do I take her down?
Nightwalker on 20/12/2005 at 04:20
Welcome to the forum! :)
Your invincible zombie sounds like a bug. I don't recall running into anything like that. Have you tried restarting from an earlier save to see if it changes? Otherwise, just avoid her and continue on.
Polychromic on 20/12/2005 at 09:53
Could always try leading her into that steam pipe trap thing you can turn on near the beginning of the mission. But it does sound like a bug. A zombie bug! (It wants your brains but will settle for a toenail.) Okay, no more eggnog for this taffer.
Dr Sneak on 20/12/2005 at 15:18
It could be what's known as a DeathStage 16 error in the Dromed community, that can lead to some strange stuff (arrows sticking out of stone walls, flashbombs that go off but can be picked up again etc etc).

Thanks, everyone. I don't believe I have a savegame for Warrior other than my last quicksave, but I'll check that out when I get home. If not, I'll try leading her to the steampipe or just avoid her.
Thanks for the welcome too, but actually I've been here since 2001 under a different username.
