I've yet to properly play the demo, but what I want to know is:

Are Platinum paying homage/taking the piss/putting down a challenge to Team Ninja in their demo opening video?

Especially seeing as how Team Ninja's (http://www.metacritic.com/game/xbox-360/ninja-gaiden-3) latest entry in this genre didn't really meet with particularly favourable reviews (well, the (http://www.metacritic.com/game/wii-u/ninja-gaiden-3-razors-edge) Razor's Edge version fared slightly better, but not by much).

I dunno, maybe I'm just interpreting things into this that aren't there, but part of me likes to think Platinum added that bit as a knowing wink to the audience. :p

Picking it up tomorrow, pre-ordered it with Christmas money.

Won't be playing it for a while, though, but thought I'd get it while I could.
