I have tried to get out after getting the fire talisman and can't. Would someone tell me how to leave please. I went back to the [SPOILER]elevator that is in the round tower that has the talismans on it, rode to the top, there are three buttons on the top, when I try to go higher I get squashed/smashed/killed dead. Nothing opens[/SPOILER]please get me out of there.:mad:

if you push the top button and look up you should see that there is a door opening on top off the shaft.
you could try to stand beside the elevator ( carefull:cheeky:) and sent the elevator up and see if the door opens?
if not I really wouldn't know what is going on. that door is simply controlled by that upper button, nothing fancy there.
perhaps you could try to exit thief and start from a previous safe??

I have seen the shaft, pushed the button, door will not open. I remember the door from the topside, when I pushed the buttons up there I could see fire coming out of the door so I put a crate on top of it, then a hammerite, probably won't open because of the obstruction. Do not have a previous save so guess this is the end of the road for me. Great mission none the less.

Would anybody happen to have a saved game? I need one after all four talismans, just before going back up the shaft where the fire talisman is. Thanks

You could try shooting at the door with a fire arrow to blow the crate out of the way.
Failing that, you could always edit the savegame in DromEd.

Thanks, worked like a charm, got killed the first time by falling debris (Hammerite :cheeky: )
