If "Koki did it, so I will too" is going to be the order of the day, we're going to find ourselves with a pretty shit forum pretty quick.
Like Stitch, I support a heavier hand in moderation; but how you communicate that is also really important. I'm firmly against the moderators putting themselves on a pillar or playing the role of impartial judges. Yes, the nature of the forum is that it is inherently a dictatorship and not a democracy, but I'd like to have some leeway for vigorous discourse. I think Queue's post was entirely appropriate. If someone wants to tell you how to mod in a manner that is respectful, I think it's cool (which is why I'm writing this post!).
