Seriously, how long can you play a game where all you do is move a little silhouette around an M.C. Escher-style environment before it gets really old?
That may be true, but I know I'm not the only one who thinks that a deathmatch map in the style of relativity would be awesome. In fact, I believe someone at Doom3World was working on one.
I haven't actually watched the video in the initial post, though.
EDIT: Ok, I've watched the video. While my first thoughts were that the whole thing must be fake due to the way the image is obviously overlaid on the cube, I realized how it works after looking at the actual website and diagram of the setup.

Didn't I post a thread here about levelHead a long time ago?
In any case, when are we going to be able to play this? I'd assume that a webcam or something similar is needed (which I don't have, unless you can figure out a way to turn a FireWire-equipped camcorder into a webcam), as well as a cube or three with the proper faces on it.

This actually looks pretty cool. Also, the music grew on me. :erm:

And I thought I was the one who listens to horrible music.

You are. I don't even know (or care) what you listen to, but I'm willing to bet it's terrible.
