Yes it's a challenging mission, a few more clues for certain things would have been nice. As for the traps, well that's part of this missions charm so in this case i don't mind. This house has more tricks and traps then Constantines mansion. :cheeky:

Thanks dreamer OK, i've got Christine III's magic sword and as far as i can tell, i've explored all areas of the catacombs. I am still missing loot and i suspect the last areas i need to get into are, the two sets of double doors on the third floor, the double doors opposite the swimming pool and the double doors where there's a zombie pit. Also when i killed the guard, guarding Christine III's sword, he left behind a button, i pressed the button and it disappeared but my inventory jumped to the gold cog, what's going on there? :confused:

[SPOILER]The double doors opposite the swimming pool can be entered from the back garden by smashing a window and ambling up crates to get inside, but therre is nothing at all in those rooms.[/SPOILER]

As for the two sets of doors on the third floor i have no idea how to get them open.

Im in the second part of the mission, [SPOILER]i have managed to find two (maybe three) chests, two silver nuggets and three fire arrows but cannot open the chests. It seems also, if you go down one of the dead ends in the forest area you get teleported to another, likewise when you are in the other area where the chest is kept[/SPOILER] Anyone know what to do ?

I had no idea what i was even doing in that part as there were no objectives. :p Never found a way to open those chests myself. This was a new part for me as it wasn't in the Beta version. It's a challenging mission alright and i praise it for that but yes, it has it's faults. As for more loot, [SPOILER]what you can't see doesn't mean it's not there. That means frob about under chairs and look closely down at the floors. Those tiny pieces of eight are hard to spot![/SPOILER]

The mission also abruptly ended for me when i had found the required amount of loot! :(

I think the second mission is missing a file or something.

I did find some things though:

[spoiler]There is a button under one of the lights pointing at the statue.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]You can use a fire arrow to blow apart a rock straight behind the big tree in the area where you get the arrows.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]In that area is a bunch of tree beasts, if you just run past them all you get to the end, but it doesn't end.[/spoiler]

How did you manage to banish the female ghost with the magic sword. I've tried holy water and fire arrows. She's walking too fast. Also, where did you find 3 fire arrows?

I had to go invisible to kill what's her name , as for the fire arrows , they were either in inventory or picked up very early on . :)

I didn't. :cheeky: I used my normal sword. I crepted up behind her and gave her a overhead slash. Then carried on hitting her with side slashes. To my surprise i managed to kill her and she didn't even get a chance to fire at me. :wot:

I think my fire arrows were already in my inventory. I am playing on normal.

I killed whats her name and her sword went flying..whats up with that ?? And I got the loot in the room with the red cloud door and there seems to be nothing else. HELP! How do I get out of this hole !!! :mad:

Any clues on how to open the chests. I knocked everyone out cold and found the "arrows", but they don't work.

The second mission definitely seems to have problems. In the first mission I jumped off one of the balconies in the rear and made my way around to behind the fence and jumped down to end the mission. The second mission seems to make very little sense at the moment. I have no objectives, and can't end the mission (at least I haven't been able to figure out a way). As someone else said, there is a large area with no sound that makes me believe the mission was not finished. I haven't found a way to open the trunks, either.

Anyway, I didn't enter the catacombs at all in the first, so I think I will go back to an earlier save and try to get in.
