Tons of keys missing. I have keys, don't know what they belong to. Lots of traps. [SPOILER]I HAVE Gregg's Saw Blade Shooter! Nice. [/SPOILER]
Questions:
[SPOILER]In the basement, when you throw that lever that blows up, does that actually affect anything, or am I wasting my time?[/SPOILER]
then:
[SPOILER]I've got a key I found in the second floor bathtub/swimming pool. The one with the blue tile. What does this key do?[/SPOILER]
and:
[SPOILER]Did anyone find the key to the door near the second floor balcony? The one near the set of stairs with the cameras?[/SPOILER]
and:
[SPOILER]On the third floor, there's a lock on the wall. My new bathtub key doesn't open it. Now what?[/SPOILER]

Never mind. I discovered that:
[SPOILER]The bathtub key goes to the gambling room on the second floor hallway. I got the loot in there.[/SPOILER]
and then:
[SPOILER]I got into that secret stash in the hall (the one you open by weighting the pedestal near bug-man). I was scraping up loot and the game ended. Booo![/SPOILER]
I realize games are hard to put together. I've tried it myself and have yet to finish one. But gimmee a break. Make me get back to the start or something, please! All that aggravation and I can't even finish up the mission! Grrrr....

I like this mission very much, it reminds me of the mission "ART OF THIEVERY".
I like the puzzles, the challenges and the fact it's a mansion type FM. So PLEASE ;I do not want to sound unprofessional and un-thief like; but I keep coming back to these forums(this is the ONE AND ONLY FM that has me stumped) over and over again just to continue on with this FM. :tsktsk: :tsktsk: :tsktsk: A walkthrough would be nice and I'm sure this entire community here wants to throw me into a pit full of burricks/craymen for whimping out. :eww: :eww:

[SPOILER]What do I do with these curtained rooms? I noticed that by entering a certain room, I'd be teleported back to the place where I came in. I think I'm trying to get Chirstine's sword and I think it's behind the red force field upstairs in the catacombs, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do with the curtained rooms.[/SPOILER]

po: the curtained rooms was by far the most annoying but theres is a pattern when you do get the pattern you'll be teleport to christines ghost chamber. unfortunately you must complete it twice once in once out.
levers in basement [SPOILER]right one opens gate in backyard, left one is a booby trap that does nothing[/SPOILER]

I had no trouble in killing Christine the ghost, but unable to get the sword. It stays in mid air. Then I load the game and the sword goes up and down from slow to fast and then it repeats. Man this is frustrating. :nono:

Silent_Warrior, do you mean the sword that the ghost leaves behind, or the one in the secret room?
After you kill Christine-the-ghost, go up to one of the statues in that room, I forget which one, and frob about mid-point. You should get a secret; it opens a door back in the original catacombs room, the one with the gold plaque. Go down there, and you'll find another sword... this one suspended above an altar and guarded by yet another ghost. That is the bolt-shooting blade referred to as Christine III's sword.

Also at one point I lost my blackjack. [SPOILER] It happened after I pushed a button and Garrett said "Uh Oh." [/SPOILER] Is this supposed to happen?

I encountered that as well. Not sure what's going on there.
