I remember a thread where someone asked for good missions that weren't really known, and a certain Sticky Fingers named a mission that contains the area in that screenshot. If only I could remember the name. Wasn't it something with

That man/woman doesn't look familiar at all, but that screen has such a level of weirdness it could be Elevator Mission T2 by JIS.
Edit: Not too far off. I wonder if someone will gues this one.
