Wasn't there a rule you could use the same FM, as long as it is another screenshot? If it is the same screenshot, than it's my fault. Anyway, I think I (finally!) know one, isn't this Bloodmist Tower?
EDIT: well, I found it on page 22, and it's not the same screenshot, although (SPOILER AHEAD! Why can't I spoiler things in an edit?!) it is in the same room. Does it count or not?

I honesty don't think it really matters if the mission has been used before. Just don't use a screenshot from the same area.
