The torrent file is uploading very slowly, like about 3 or 9 kBs/sec . Trying to reopen the one on my drive resulted in a zero Kb upload... reopening it with epithumia's link seemed to work, just slowly.
Spoke too soon, it is now at 12 to 17 ... Let's hope for some lucky taffers tonight !

AS Christine is a popular FM designer, might it be possible for the campaign to be disaggregated into its components missions so that us 56kers could d/l one at a time?

Here's hoping.:thumb: That would help but i think they haven't done that yet or else it would use up too much bandwidth with so many people downloading. :nono: I just don't understand why bittorrent download rate is 2kb/s it's taken me the past 16 hours to download 40%. tried thief-fms but can't get it to work.

Nope i kept my username as shadows (or keeper_shadows since someone else had already used my nick). I looked at that thread and typed the command in, except all those windows are confusing me cause i am not sure what the hell their function is. i assume irc can support resuming or else there's no point. and yes i looked at thorin's irc guide. God this is almost as bad when i first tried to use DromEd, couldn't make heads or tails of it.

Hehehe, downloading the Night Falcon with 87 kb/sec. at the moment. This BitTorrent-thingy was new to me, fascinating... :)
BTW, as I´m german I downloaded the german version to. But I had a mysterious problem with this mission: Darkloader recognized it as a Thief 1 mission... Of course it is a Thief 2 mission, but Darkloader always started Thief 1, which then crashes of course... Weird... But I prefer to play fan missions in englisch anyway so I decided to wait. I seem to be the only one with this problem this far, in the german forums it never has been mentioned...
Oh, well. I started the download 10 minutes ago and it has just 40%. All this waiting... :ebil:

Right now we have fourteen seeds and eleven downloaders. So if you're downloading you get the benefit of 24 people sending things to you, split between only eleven people. Downloads for everyone should be going at about line rate right now. (Unless you're not sharing, either due to limiting your upload rate or having a firewall that blocks the incoming connections, in which case you'll get crap download speeds. No share = no fast downloads.)

Aha! I've just took the filter off my FireWall and it went up a little. Now i'm open to Hackers! Maybe this is not a good idea! Back to filter i think!
