Congrats on a lovely mission, but I'm stuck because I just cannot work out how to open the smelling salts bottle. Probably obvious, I know, but if someone could help me along here, I'd be grateful.

Kenshabby : Just pick it up and frob it ('use' button or key) and it moves to the middle centre position. Frob it again to open it and it moves down to bottom centre and is open (look close and the cork is gone.) Now you can hold it close to her nose else place it down near her face. If you put it down when open you will see it fuming. To recork it you just pick it up and frob it again and it returns to the normal inventory position at bottom right or you can leave it on the ground.

I got the dragon the hard way. I pushed the barrel out under the broken ladder and climbed up to the ledge, and then walked around the ledge to the swinging door. After entering I realized there was a door in the floor. :o

I then leaped from the spire to the elevated walkway and then to the climbable pipe to reach the attic.

I hate to sound like a whiny servant, but having a walkthru/hint list would be preferable to plowing through nearly 200 posts. Many of the questions repeat themselves because people don't want to read all that verbiage.

Unless an FM is made for rookies, authors should do up a help page.

Ricebug : There is a walkthrough but can't find it at thiefmissions yet. Sorry about this. Meanwhile, click on 'Search this thread' at top right of the thread helps a bit to find stuff here.
