Silent Warrior :
Not exactly sure where you are but I think you mean the water pipe flowing down from the trap above? And the skeleton at the underwater grid? Best restart on Hard as you are so near the start. There is no skeleton on Hard. But if you want to continue with your present save, just try to dive down and to the left behind the skeleton to get through the opening in the grid. Sometimes furniture gets jammed in the way and it might be impossible. I sometimes need to retry two or three times.
Help!
I switch on the whirlpool access hatch button, I have rope arrow, I managed to flip the lever - but hatch closed. I it is necessary to include the button above it labeled "access hatch light"? Or not?
clearing :
I think you mean the activation switch in the control room yes? That just enables the hatch lever so it can be used. The switch above (which only works on Hard difficulty) lights the lever. You still need to use the rope to get down to it in the whirlpool and throw the lever itself.
clearing :
OK - you're nearly there. Work your way round to the right (east) and you should find some gaps to climb through and circle north till you are overlooking the drainpipe and ledge. Then run jump for the drainpipe or ledge. If you take a few hits it is not important as yuo are nearly there. You can mantle up one of the windows from the side or else go back up the drainpipe and drop down onto it. Good luck! :thumb: See you inside!
It seems I have no rope arrows, I did not have enough broadheads in mission 2, so I had to use a couple. Besides the soft mortar wouldn't work either I wasted a rope arrow here too, but still got the coin to end the mission.
Is there another rope arrow here or do I try to go through mission 2 again.:erg:

dbrilliant : Sadly weapons and ammunition are not carried over to the next mission anyway. Nudge : Yes, Durbage has a rope arrow in this mission and you need to find which way he went.
climb up from the control panel on the west side of the whirlpool up to the control room.
Bikerdude : First, please post to the Mission 4 thread as this is a spoiler for those still playing Mission 3. :thumb:
Key Hint : read the cell block order book on the jailer's desk
Key spoiler : Lord Drakon has the cell key
That door does not open. Ignore it.
plate hint : there was a clue in Mission 2 in Scurrish's room
plate nudge : put out the gaslight over Drakon's desk
plate spoiler : tiny switch under gaslight fitting then use the plate

SlyFoxx : No - that's a legitimate alternative! :thumb:
My alternative didn't work...
Well I see what I am supposed to do now, but I spent 45 minutes
inching along in a long tunnel with a conveyor belt to find out there is no way out. I eventually found a large pipe with a round door on top. As I jumped in the current kept me from going forward. So now I have to go all the way back to
the whirlpool?
