And how exactly is that? I merely brought up the problem you face when you have 200 books of commandments. Even modern lawbooks that contain the entire sets of rules that govern the society aren't that thick. I'd safely say taht it's a possibility that the Hammerite Compendiums of Precepts, Regimens and Rules of Conduct have been written in a way where laws are updated over time while still preserving the originals, creating a sort of "cronicle" of laws from different times. It might have something to do with "not tearing down what you have built" :)

I'm sorry if the first extremist sect that came into mind as a parallel to the Hammerites, that does in fact follow the kind of law that I spoke of happens to be Al Qaida. Why is it so offensive to you? I was talking about a law within a religious text that allows certain teachings to change over time, and that's the only good example I had. What other sacred books do that? So is it settled? Are there really 200 books of laws within the Hammerite order, without redundancy? Or might it be that each volume of the compendiums is actually an update on the previous one?
Merely because you just
had to bring as an example a religion which I happen to know you loathe?
This is not a discussion of your beliefs, as I have pointed out earlier.
By the way, if you had read but once the Bible (upon which quite a large part of the Western civilisation is based) in your life, oh lone bastion and bulwark of the Enlightened white Europe, you would know that approximately every second sentence contradicts the preceding one. The New Testament
in itself is a contradiction of the entire Old Testament.
Know thine enemy, so to speak.

Honestly, I think they really messed up when they came up with books for the games :nono:. They should have just mentioned a small number of volumes, so that fans could accurately recreate those books. 200 volumes is a near impossible task.. :(
We should be as diligent as the Hammers, shoud we not? :D

Sweety pie, you didn't read the bible once. You little rebellious rascal, that's the line that just about every other "hardcore rebel" spits in the face of every person. And yet, the hammerites are good for you. You're so funny in your little smug induced delirium. But maybe, just maybe...stop sucking the ink out of your clogged pen. You're obviously far away from the path so I'll leave you alone.

You should probably write a "pocket book" version of the compendiums. You know, picking the most important laws, and maybe also combining laws that say similar things. :p
Maybe Nephthys could make covers for the book from metal, rivets and wood.
