Yeh there are some pretty clunky sections, but the overall feel and atmosphere of the game makes me think of what could be done even better, maybe a kind of Cartlife mixed with FTL kinda game. Anyway, it struck some kinda chord with me regardless of its flaws, I just want this game but done better.

I enjoyed Organ Trail. I enjoyed it for many of the same reasons I enjoyed FTL. I know plenty of TTLGers liked FTL. I think "Hey! I should let them know about this game." I make thread. ZB CANT TAKE IT!

I swear I'm the only person in existence who isn't at all interested in FTL. It just doesn't appeal to me for whatever reason. Organ Trail, on the other hand, I will be giving a go.

I wasn't interested in FTL, but now that I know it's The Oregon Trail in space I'll have to give it a go.

Just to cut through the gag fest for a second, in case it wasn't obvious what it's all about; probably FTLs core feature/experience and appeal to most of its fans, and the thing it is most famous for really, is the Trek-esque Starship management during combat. The fact that maneuvering is absent and you're totally dealing with what's going on inside helps that effect too.
Organ Trail, great though it is, doesn't have any of that (Tho I expect Organ Trail 2 to have a bus instead of a station wagon and do something similar while mimicking the Dawn of the Dead remake's escape sequence, basically because of this thread! You should pre-emptively sue)
