Queue: I'm sorry :(. I should study (business) letter rules more carefully. Please excuse me if I have offended you :erg:.
Queue did not mean that he was insulted, he meant that it would be insulting to Mr. Wada to try sending a petition to an international company in a language other than what is accepted internationally. I'm guess it's because it would seem like we were inferring he wasn't smart enough to understand english or something like that. I don't know exactly why it would be insulting, but the world is a funny place. haha

Signed.
Also added an interesting twist:
I'd like to play Thief on the PSP with Custom Firmware and stuff. If the source code is released, then that would be possible...

I think that I've offended
Queue by my suspicion about his knowledge of business letter rules.

Yes, you're right, very funny place. In Russian language it is necessarily to put the exclamation mark ("!") at the end of salutation, so I did... Ok, let's forget this.

Thank you for your sign :)! Yes, it would be nice to port Thief 1&2 on several other platforms other than Windows. Let's hope that Eidos-Square Enix understand this.

The thread I made on the escapist was locked without explanations :(
at least it gathered a few signatures (along with the sarcams which is very common over there anyway).

Precisely the reason.

No worries--I'm not easily offended. :thumb: Offensive, yes, but...

Please follow id software's lead, and release the code for Thief 1 and 2.
Thank You,

I mean, certainly: This petition is going along smoothly, but, I mean, Eidos is used to having millions upon millions of people going to a game store to buy their games. The thought that just a "skimpy" count of 600-700 could possibly miss such a "commercial bomb" is more than just a laugh to any eidos guy reading the petition, why, they'd find it barely thinkable.

We haven't forgotten about this! Truth be told, it's surprisingly difficult to track this down. One would think things had been properly backed up and archived but it's not the case. With Looking Glass closing its doors and Eidos' ups and downs through the years and people coming and going to and from different ends of the earth, we are still searching.
I'll keep you posted!!
